Here are the six steps for repair and replacement:


  1. Reach us via Live Chat on the Rotimatic™ mobile app or email us at support@zimplistic.com with your order number.

  2. We will contact you to check if it’s a software failure (in which case, we’ll fix it remotely) or a hardware failure (in which case, we’ll repair or replace your Rotimatic™).

  3. We will send you a Return label in 24-48 hours.

  4. Print the label and pack your Rotimatic™ in the original box. Call the Courier service as stated by us to arrange for pickup.

  5. Once your unit is picked up, we will send a replacement unit via express delivery.

  6. You’ll receive your new Rotimatic™ within 7-10 days.
