This is usually due to one of two things: either the flour level is below the minimum level marking, or the flour container hasn’t been properly inserted. Here’s how you can solve this:
Ensure that the flour level is above the minimum level marking (Min). It’s even better if you fill the flour container up to the Max.
Ensure that the ridges on the flour container are aligned with the groove in the flour slot, and that the flour container is in an upright position (not tilted to one side).
Gently press the flour container towards the front of the Rotimatic™ while tapping OK on the “Empty Flour” screen message. Follow the below video.
